Perhaps the most difficult issue for Christianity to deal with is the problem of evil. Adolf Hitler is a name remembered in infamy for his leading 6 million Jews to be murdered during WWII. Many have said how could a good God let such a tragedy happen?
The following is a humble attempt to shed some light on a theological issue that continues to divide and elude well-meaning Christians. Those who have given much study to this topic will not find here anything new or insightful.
It was A. W. Tozer who said, “What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.” To think aright as we contemplate God is a formidable task. Perhaps the best way to approach this task is the ask the question, “What is God like?” To answer that question we will find it helpful to study the attributes of God. In this series I have selected fourteen attributes of God to address this most important topic.
